Job Summary:
In Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) we integrate, verify,
and validate our products. We put our systems together, exercise
them in the lab or in the field, measure and analyze performance,
and make sure our products work the first time and every time. To
accomplish this we develop plans and procedures, debug and evaluate
system functions and interfaces, develop test environments, and
work hand-in-hand with our customers.
The AN/TPY-2 System Integration and Test (SI&T) Sustaining
Engineering sub-Cross Product Team (sub-CPT) Lead is responsible
for managing all cost, schedule, and execution for SI&T
sustainment activities for the program. These activities include,
but are not limited to, Directorate Estimate at Completion Reviews
(EACs), Directorate-level proposal reviews, staffing projections,
and monthly metrics tracking. The sub-CPT Lead ensures that the US
government customer and end user have adequate reach back support
for site operational and maintenance anomalies. The SI&T CPT
Lead is responsible for leading the team that plans and executes
system integration and test for all technical refresh updates and
new software builds. The sub-CPT Lead may have opportunities to
travel to site. The sub-CPT Lead will be the primary SI&T
interface to the customer community, program management, the
integrated product team (IPT), the chief engineer and other
stakeholders. The individual in this role guides and supports a
small team of Radar Systems Engineers in their analysis, reporting
of radar performance, and development of troubleshooting and
corrective action plans for a range of issues including mechanical,
electrical, microwave, software and cyber security. The individual
will work with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers,
logisticians, and maintenance planners.
This position is an onsite role at the Woburn, MA location.

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The
salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of
all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending
an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and
associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience,
location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not
