The Granite pricing teams are a dynamic group engaged in a wide
variety of projects at many levels of the organization. The
Coordinator position will play an important role in coordinating,
assigning and distributing the teams' workload.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Workload assignment and reporting
Prepare agendas for weekly and monthly meetings
Support the team in preparing responses for RFPs and Government
proposals
Coordinate customized quotes for large opportunities
Coordinate training documents and onboarding for new hires
Facilitate and help resolve IT Issues
Assist in compiling reports for upper management
Maintain team calendar management and travel arrangements
Support product, vendor and market research
Assist with the creation of ordering ID's and special pricing
forms
Help pull customer competitive invoices, when necessary
Effectively perform and help manage daily / weekly reporting that
pertains to open proposals pending Finance support
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and
prioritize work
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines, exceptional in time management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Power
Point
Experience putting training materials together
Prior experience with telecommunications services
Salesforce
