* Security Architect * Quincy, Massachusetts* * * Who we are looking for We are looking for an experience Security Architect to join our Identity and Access Management team in Quincy, Massachusetts to design security solutions for applications. The job will focus on designing multi-factor authentication solutions for internal applications and for the enterprise. The candidate should have a strong understanding of different authentication technologies and work experience as a security engineer or architect.What you will be responsible for As Security Architect you willDesign MFA solutions for a heterogeneous portfolio of applications and infrastructureDesign solutions for federated authenticationFormulate an enterprise-wide authentication strategyAct as the IAM subject matter expert for authenticationEvaluate vendor products, services and capabilities that will strengthen authentication at State StreetKeep abreast of new developments and trends in cybersecurity, especially related to authentication, and identify ways in which State Street can keep pace with the industryRepresent the IAM team in discussions with audit, risk and compliance groups about authentication capabilities and technologyWhat we value These skills will help you succeed in this roleStrength in critical thinking and problem solvingDeep knowledge of security concepts related to authenticationAbility to work in large cross-divisional teamsExcellent written and oral communicationEducation & Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in a technical discipline5 10+ years experience as a security professionalCISSP Certification preferredAdditional requirements Some travel may be required if outside the Boston areaWhy this role is important to us Our technology function, Global Technology Services (GTS), is vital to State Street and is the key enabler for our business to deliver data and insights to our clients.
