The majority of their work is wood-frame, podium-style apartment complexes in the immediate suburbs of the city. Their office is based Southwest of Boston and the team here is comprised of roughly 100 individuals.DescriptionThe Multifamily Superintendent - Wood-Frame Construction Projects is responsible for:

• reporting to the Director of Field Operations
• managing an Assistant Superintendent
• overseeing one job at a time and seeing it through completion
• holding all subcontractors accountable and serving as their primary contact throughout the job
• ensuring top quality work at all times and implementing safety procedures as neededProfileThe right Multifamily Superintendent - Wood-Frame Construction Projects has:
  • at least 10 years of construction experience
  • wood-frame or podium background (required - will not be considered otherwise)
  • project experience over $30 million (required)
  • top leadership experience and the ability to command a site
  • strong technology skills
