Job Description:
Who we are looking for As a member of the Cyber Governance, Risk
& Compliance team, this member will be responsible for GRC Process
and Improvements supporting the Governance, Risk & Compliance team,
reporting to the GRC Process & Improvements Lead. The person in
this role will demonstrate deep knowledge of current industry
methods for evaluating, implementing, and improving Processes and
Tools. Additionally, the person in this role will analyze the
departments processes and makes suggestions on how to improve them.
The right candidate will have knowledge of Industry best practices
as well as tools to support. What you will be responsible for: As
Lead of GRC Process & Improvements you will
- Lead efforts to successfully improve the Cyber GRC, ISO, TPRM
department though process and documentation enhancements
- Perform data gathering, root cause analysis and trending to
develop approriate process changes.
- Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to
meet business goals.
- Identify and manage resources for process improvement
projects
- Assist in planning and executing process improvement
projects
- Provide leadership level status reporting further education
Leadership on business process improvement opportunities.
- Provide support and guidance to team when needed
- Participation in the buildout of document repository.
- Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques
to improve process performance and product quality working in
collaboration with Cyber A&E department
- Assist in developing process improvement policies with the GRC
Policy Lead
- Optimize or redesign process flows to meet departments
requirements
- Monitor process performance and improvements in key
metrics
- Work with the GRC Process Improvements Lead to define
short-term and long-term objectives and potential gains What we

- Demonstrate knowledge of Process methodologies ie: SixSigma the
disciplined, data-driven approach to continuous improvement.
- Project Management Experience
- Experience with driving process improvement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate strongly with team members and senior
management.
- Thrives working within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet established deadlines with a quality
collateral
- Knowledge of risk and security best practices and transference
into technology implementations and/or existing processes.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and certifications in any 1 or more as below
is required: Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA),
Certified Risk & Information Systems Controls (CRISC) or Certified
Information Security Manager (CISM) certification preferred or
similar Information Security experience. Additional requirements
Occasional travel within and outside US will be required ( Why this
