Description The Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) is the largest secretariat in MA state government, comprised of 16 agencies with over 20,000 employees statewide. EOHHS is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to oversee testing resources and activities for EIM/ESM related applications. EIM/ESM/EOM is a large-scale enterprise application that provides invoicing, client enrollment, contracting/billing activity between EOHHS agencies and contracted Purchase of Service (POS) providers, and reporting. The EIM/ESM Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will lead the QA team in designing, developing, and executing test plans for new and existing EIM/ESM functionality and related applications. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, problem-solver, and team player with excellent communication skills, creative, analytical, and interpersonal skills and will be adaptive to changing priorities.

The primary work location for this role will be at 100 Hancock Street Quincy, Massachusetts 02171. The work schedule for this position is Monday thru Friday, 9AM to 5PM EST. This position would be expected to follow a hybrid model of reporting to work that combines in-office workdays and work from home days as needed.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Manage the testing process, schedules, and resources for EIM/ESM and related projects.
Ensure testing objectives meet business and technical requirements (from planning to production release).
Review project scope and deliverables; attend and contribute to project review, and defect/enhancement review sessions with Business and Development Teams.
Participate in driving automation objectives to build EIM/ESM regression test plans on an ongoing basis.
Responsible for ensuring that the test team follows the process as defined in EHS IT Process Controls Guide.
Provide technical assistance and daily support to team resources; communicate work objectives clearly.
Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
Provide daily metrics for projects and status at weekly meetings; manage and maintain defect tracking.
Liaison with internal technical teams daily for project needs, infrastructure support and issue resolution.
Participate in Go/No-Go assessments and Production deployment activities.
Manage and maintain project deliverables and artifacts in tracking tools/platforms.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Five (5) years of QA/Software testing related experience in Web and database testing.
Three (3) years of experience leading project teams with both manual and automation testing.
Understanding of project management and software development lifecycle methodologies.
Proficient knowledge and Experience in running various kinds of tests such as Functional, Regression, Performance, Backend, User Acceptance Tests (UAT) for Web and Client/Server Applications.
Proven experience in leveraging test automation.
Experience in software testing on cloud-based systems such as AWS EC2, Elastic Beanstalk, Azure App Service, etc.
Experience working in Agile and CI/CD implementations utilizing systems such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins/Jira, etc.
Knowledge of database design, Oracle SQL, and SQL testing; ability to write SQL queries.
Demonstrated experience in tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Jenkins, or other Automation Tools.
Experience working in Healthcare IT, or with Healthcare Claims is highly preferred.
Capable of multi-tasking, meeting deadlines and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Education and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Management, or equivalent work experience.
