Job Description:

Arbella Insurance is seeking enthusiastic candidates to fill the role of Cybersecurity Analyst I. The analyst will be responsible for the provisioning, modifying, and de-provisioning of essential logical access and privileges to systems according to established access control policies. The security analyst will be expected to be efficient, trustworthy, and process-oriented. The analyst is expected to develop an understanding of general access security concepts, including least privilege principle, user access profiling, and user access review, and is expected to learn and follow established procedure to work efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain knowledge of information security concepts and technologies for access control and identity.
• Execute access administration tasks according to established policy and procedure.
• Demonstrate good judgement in executing access administration tasks with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate effectively with other IT and Business organizations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery of access administration efforts.
• Constantly evaluate access administration processes to improve service delivery and access oversight.
• Assist in the execution of efficient and effective user access reporting and reviews.   Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is desirable
  • Timely, efficient, and effective completion of assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Timely, efficient, and effective identification and analysis of potential issues and follow through on remediation.
  • Demonstrates the ability to execute excellent service delivery to a variety of cross-functional teams
  • Is a driver for perpetual improvement; continually seeks opportunities to improve existing process
  • Is flexible and adjusts well when encountering problems or changes in scope.
  • Possesses clear, effective, and diplomatic oral and written communication and presentation skills.
