Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365
Business Central
Collaborate with internal teams to assess system requests and
recommend solutions
Lead business requirement gathering, specification, design, and
testing efforts for projects
Required Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and
Microsoft 365
Proven ability to manage and maintain Dynamics 365 Version Upgrade
processes
Experience in creating user documentation and training
materials
Knowledge of administering Microsoft 365 tenant settings
Experience in monitoring and maintaining service health for
Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365
