Member Services Representative - 3 weeks paid training includedWe have an exciting new role with our partner looking for strong customer service representatives. This is for a major health insurance company who is headquartered just south of Boston, MA in Quincy, MA. This will be in the Member Services department reporting to the manager of Member Services. The first 3 weeks of the role will be training which will be paid for.Responsibilities Include:- Assist insurance members with questions regarding their health insurance and/or prescriptions- Answer all inbound calls and direct to the appropriate person or department- Responding to email correspondence with customers- Assist the management team with any special projects as neededOther FAQs- This role pays between $18-19/hr- The schedules range from 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm. Candidates must be available for either shiftQualifications Include:- High School Diploma/GED required.
