Job Description The Sales Support Administrator will support UTPVision USA, Inc. in several day-to-day activities related to sales, marketing, customer services, and operations. The position is based in Hanover, Massachusetts at UTPVision USA, Inc.---s headquarters, with day trips and occasional domestic and international travel. Responsibilities: Assist with the setup and management of the Company---s show-room. Manage spare parts inventory and fulfill orders for spare parts. Provide first-level customer support and forward requests to higher-level support as needed. Perform market research and pre-sale research, both secondary and primary. Manage marketing operations, both for online and offline channels and campaigns. Provide pre-sale support including lead letters, emails, phone calls, and other actions. Prepare and attend trade shows, sales road shows, and other events. --- Requirements: Self-motivated and self-organized, able to work independently in a reliable, trustworthy manner. Ability to prioritize and manage concurrent tasks and to work within deadlines. Computer proficiency well beyond personal or recreational use of smart-phone and gaming consoles. Comfortable working with computer applications including Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong customer service skills with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Valid driver's license and personal transportation. Legally authorized to work in the USA and pass a background check. Education: Required: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. COMPENSATION PACKAGE Base Compensation : $15-$20/hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits : QSEHRA health insurance (if scheduled to work 34 hours per week), performance bonus.
