Member Services Representative -----" 3 weeks paid training included

We have an exciting new role with our partner looking for strong customer service representatives. This is for a major health insurance company who is headquartered just south of Boston, MA in Quincy, MA.-- - This will be in the Member Services department reporting to the manager of Member Services.-- - The first 3 weeks of the role will be training which will be paid for.

Responsibilities Include :

- Assist insurance members with questions regarding their health insurance and/or prescriptions

- Answer all inbound calls and direct to the appropriate person or department

- Responding to email correspondence with customers

- Assist the management team with any special projects as needed

Other FAQs

- This role pays between $18-19/hr

- The schedules range from 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm.-- - Candidates must be available for either shift

Qualifications Include :

- High School Diploma/GED required.-- - Recent college graduates are also encouraged to apply

- Very strong verbal communication skills

- Previous experience working in Medicare is preferred but not required

- Previous and/or recent experience working in a call center environment is preferred
