Compensation:Our systems and models are hyper-geared to assist New agents in closing their first deal within their first 14 Days. Our fine-tuned training and 40+ years of experience in the Boston real estate market allow us to pass the knowledge and expertise on to our agents. Our agents can expect to earn $5,000 a week during the rental season and $100,000 to $200,000+ annually.

Responsibilities:
--- Collaborate with agent colleagues and staff members
--- Build successful client relationships
--- Professionally conduct property tours
--- Schedule and take photographs of new and existing listings
--- Negotiate with landlords, clients, buyers, and sellers to
--- Work with the team successfully to maximize time and effectiveness
