A compensation plan where our agents can regularly expect to make
$100k+ on an annual basis. Almost all brokerages say this, but we
have not just the lead quality, but the training and continued
support to make it happen.

our numerous channel partner relationships. Websites like Zillow,
Opendoor OpCity to name a few, are dominating the online real
estate market - and being in partnership with them allows us to
constantly provide value to our agents month in and month out,
regardless of what the rest of the market is doing. Agents on our
team are opening 2-3 escrows a month within their first 60 days of
being with us. We convert 100's of transactions annually from
online lead sources, and we are just getting started.

Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year
Benefits: Flexible schedule
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay
