RemX is seeking strong Insurance Sales Agent who are licensed in Property and Casualty for a reputable Nationally known Insurance Company . In this role, you will respond to calls coming into our call center by positively promoting Farmers insurance products to prospective customers, consulting with customers to understand their needs, and selling those products which best fit the customer’s needs. HYBRID OPPORTUNITY | UNCAPPED COMMISSION PERMANENT PLACEMENT Schedule: Training Hours 9:30am - 6pm CT Work hours Monday-Friday 7am-9pm CT (must be open to 8 hour shift within time frame) Rotational Saturdays 8am-4:30pm CT Description Sell insurance products to inbound callers by gathering data from customers to generate quotes and ultimately bind the business; in some instances, make outbound calls Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships, while educating customers regarding coverage and cost so that the customer can select the most appropriate option Qualify customers as buyers of other products/services to create cross-sell and up-selling opportunities Navigate multiple computer systems while seamlessly interacting with the customer Requirements High School Diploma or GED Active Property & Casualty license Active State Resident license Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales environment Proven ability to meet quotas, metrics and goals A drive to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment Desire for a long-term career within the insurance industry Proven ability to take initiative, solve problems, and prioritize tasks Direct sales skills, and the aptitude to influence customers and close the sale Excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to adapt communication style to each phone call, and explain complex policy and coverage information in understandable terms Benefits Bonus Opportunity (based on Company and Individual Performance) 401(k) Medical Dental Vision Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts Life Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Parental Leave Tuition Assistance
