NFS Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy. (Weekends available, evenings preferred) FEE FOR SERVICE POSITION Compensation: Fee for Service: $45/hour for MA Level $50-$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity $55-$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience $65-$70/hour for independent license Incentive for on-site: 50% in person over a 3 month span will earn $750 75% in person over a 3 month span will earn $1000 90% and above in person over a 3 month span $1250 Premiums paid for: Non-English language capacity Experience Select clinical specialties Qualifications: Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required Independent Clinical License within 2 years Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach. Afternoon and evening availability is a plus! Must be able to travel to one of our 5 office locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield
