Hancock Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is currently seeking a Part Time MMQ Coordinator to join our team! Our compassionate and experienced staff will help you reach your maximum potential in this role. Requirements for MMQ Coordinator:

Must possess valid unencumbered, LPN or RN State License and current CPR certification
Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
At least two (2) years of MMQ experience

Job Duties for MMQ Coordinator:

Provide oversight and review of all documentation related to the MMQ process
Complete and forward all initial (Admission and Conversion) MMQs as well as Semi-annual submission batches to the Massachusetts Office of Long Term Care
